A red kosher wine made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that grow on Terra Rosa soil, it is deep garnet towards royal purple in color and emanates a full-bodied aroma blended with oak wood. The grapes were selectively hand picked according to their ripeness in the early morning and late night hours. They are brought to the winery shortly after. The low yield of 850 kilograms per dunam, the selective hand-harvesting and the 12-month aging process in French oak barrels brought out the unique flavor of the grapes. The barrels were divided into 30% American and 70% French oak, some of which were new. The red kosher wine was bottled and taken down to the cellar to rest for several months.
