Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this kosher wine were cultivated in the Zarit vineyard, Kadesh Valley in the Upper Galilee. Picked at optimum ripeness at the end of September, the kosher wine was matured for 14 months in oak barrels. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic aroma of forest fruits and a rich oaky bouquet with a hint of tobacco and tea.
