Winemaking: The grapes for this kosher wine were harvested in late September early October 2004 After secondary fermentation the kosher wine was transferred to two and three year old French and American oak barrels, where it was allowed to mature for nearly a year. Once ready the kosher wine was blended and bottled for your enjoyment. This quality wine has undergone the minimum levels of filtration, in order to preserve as much of the character as possible.
Tasting Notes The Cabernet Sauvignon Dalton is a dark, rich and well-balanced wine, showing characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon forest fruit qualities such as currants, berries and mint, which are complemented very well with subtle vanilla flavours of French Oak.
