Chardonnay 2005 of the Tabor series,is a white wine
produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes which are grown in the Ma'adar area of Kfar Tabor. The combination of superior soil with the special climate characterized by cool summer evenings and hot dry days preserve the health of the grape, eliminate the need for insecticides and provide the ideal conditions for growing this variety.
The Chardonnay grapes were selectively hand-harvested before daylight. The kosher wine is fruity and ready to drink.
