At the heart of the kosher wine region of ancient Israel, in the Adulam Region, lie the gorgeous vineyards of the Ella Valley Wineries. The vineyards are spread over a large and varied territory, in order to achieve the largest range of vine taste and quality. The Ella Valley Wineries rely on three basic principles: excellence, a Kosher seal, and locality, i.e. the wines are unique to this area.
The harvest is carried out manually at night, when the air is cool and fresh. The grapes are then quickly transferred to the winery located close to the vineyards, in order to protect the delicate fabric of aromas and tastes. The vineyard is a technological reflection of the agricultural activity. Each parcel of land is treated separately, both in the vineyard and in the winery, which makes it possible to identify the selected plots and extract the best wine from each of them. The Ella Wineries use the latest technology while preserving certain traditional aspects. Each bottle emitted by the Ella Valley Wineries has a serial number, which reflects our deep commitment to producing wine of the best quality.
We believe this is the right way to produce wines that are both excellent and unique.
