Varietal: 100% Gewurztraminer grapes Harvesting conditions: Hand-harvested in the early morning hours and transported to the winery in small crates.
Soil and climate: The vineyard is at the foot of Mt. Tavor in sedimentary soil covering chalky rock. The region enjoys low humidity and a good breeze flows among the vines. Towards the end of the process, the temperature was reduced to 0°C to halt fermentation and, as a semi-dry wine, to retain some of its sweetness.

Alcohol content: 13%
Serving suggestions: Serve at a temperature of 8°C -10°C. Good with spicy dishes, goose/chicken livers and fish dishes
