This kosher wine is made from Cabernet sauvignon (62%) and Merlot (38%) grapes grown on old terraces in the Judean Hills. The must underwent a short period of pre-fermentation cold maceration in order to enhance fruit flavor. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this kosher wine possesses wonderful aromas of dried fruit and spices.
