This "signature" South African variety is grown at our Tel Safit vineyard. After crushing, the kosher wine undergoes several days of "cold soak" before fermentation, in order to maximize flavour. The kosher wine is aged for 12 months in new American oak creating a balance between its rich "plumy" aroma and vanilla coconut tones from the oak.
