Harvesting conditions: Grapes are harvested when fully ripe and contain high maturation values (sugar, acidity and aroma) conducive to producing a harmonious, high quality dessert wine.
Soil and climate: The Muscat Alexandroni vineyards, which have been yielding fruit for over 15 years, are situated in the Shomron (Samaria) region at the foot of the Carmel Mountains.
Wine production process: After the grapes were crushed they remained soaking with the must. Brandy was added at the onset of fermentation to raise the alcohol level and retain the wine`s natural sweetness.
Characteristics: Kosher Sweet dessert wine with an intense and appealing floral aroma. The wine`s natural sweetness is balanced by its sharpness.
Alcohol content: 15%
Serving suggestions: Serving temperature should not exceed 8°C.
Serve with rich desserts, fruit salad or together with hard cheeses.
