Merlot Reserve derives from the Golan and Northern Galilee, Israel. Timing the harvest is critical to reach the exact balance of taste, color and sugar. After traditional fermentation the red wine is aged for 14 months in a mixture of American and French oak. The final wine is full bodied, dark, and balanced with rounded tannins and a bouquet of spice and berry flavors balancing the oak.
