The Winery This is truly a one-of-a-kind winery. Our dessert wine is made from a new pomegranate variety, using a traditional technique that preserves the pomegranate's juicy tastes. The fruit are harvested when fully ripe, making for a deeply flavored, soft and harmonious wine.
