Winemaking: After a long cold fermentation, the kosher wine was racked into French oak Barrels for a short (3 months) aging, prior to bottling. 13% alcohol.
Tasting Note: The kosher wine has a pale straw color. The wine's aroma combines citrus Fruit and blossom with some capsicum / mineral Notes. The flavor is fruity, fresh and well balanced. Medium bodied With a long, dry aftertaste. 7,200 bottles produced.
