Produced from Sauvignon blanc grapes, grown in the Ramat Arad vineyards and night harvested in the last week of July. A pale straw in color, this typical Sauvignon Blanc is well balanced, showing grapefruit and passion fruit on the nose, fresh grassy flavors with a long crisp aftertaste.
