This kosher wine is an expression of its unique terroir. Crafted from 100% Cabernet sauvignon grapes which were allocated from the oldest lots of Neve Ilan vineyard. The grapes went through meticulous sorting in the vineyard and winery in order to select merely the grape bunches that reached optimal flavor and phenolic ripeness. The kosher wine was aged for18 months in French oak barriques. This well balances wine possesses the complexity and intensity that Neve Ilan wines are known for.
