This kosher wine is an expression of its unique terroir. Located high in the Judean Hills at 700 meters above sea level, this hillside vineyard provides the perfect conditions for growing quality wine grapes. The vines, planted in Moza marl, a soil found in the Jerusalem area, produced Merlot grapes with a natural balance, elegance and complexity. The kosher wine was bottled after an aging period of 24 months in French oak barriques. The kosher wine possesses complex aromas and flavors of dark fruit and spices. The kosher wine could be enjoyed now and will continue to improve in the bottle for many years to come.
