Tanya Winery Tanya Winery, one of Israel's leading boutique wineries, is a family winery which was established in 2001 by Yoram Cohen. The Winery is named after Yoram's daughter.   The Winery is located in Ofra in the mountainous Binyamin Region, an area that has been known for winemaking for over 3000 years.
