The Chardonnay grapes were picked at the high altitude Judean Mountain vineyards. The kosher wine went into fermentation and was matured for a period of five months in new French oak barrels. Typical flavors of apples and peaches integrate with the oak flavors to create a complex bouquet. This full bodied wine creates a rich soft after taste.
